Air / On Board Courier Services

On board courier services by Pony Express gets your documents, parcel, package, computer part or item delivered via an air courier in the fastest possible time.  Just one call to our on board (flight  courier) team will get you a transit time, delivery time and cost.  Services we offer are Hand to Hand, Airport to Airport , Door to Door and Desk to Desk via an on board courier service.

How will my items be transported?
If the items are small enough the flight courier will hand carry them on as hand luggage.  If the item is large the parcel will go as luggage. The courier making the collection will deliver your goods keeping the goods in his/her sight at all times.   

The on board courier will:

• Collect your package
• Leave a proof of collection document (POC).
• Travel on the next flight out.
• Hand deliver your item to the consignee and receive a POD (Proof of Delivery) signature.
• Relay proof of successful delivery date and time information to sender.

Is there tracking?
Yes. When the air courier collects your package he/she will leave their mobile phone number allowing tracking of the package at any time. Alternatively call the booking office on 0845 00 00 560 to get updates at any time.

How long will my delivery take?
Each country varies with some countries having connections and others with direct flights.  Give us a call for a transit time and estimated delivery time.

How much will it cost?
Each country varies with the time of year(season), restrictions, availability and visa fees.  Give us a call for a free costing.

Are there any extra costs involved once I book my courier?
No the price you are quoted is the price you will pay for the onboard delivery service.

How do I make payment?
All bookings need to be paid in full by credit/debit card prior to any flight reservations.  Once booked a flight number and airline can be given on request.

Do I get a signed proof of delivery?
Yes.  A verbal proof of delivery will be relayed back to yourself from the air courier once the item is delivered and a hard copy will also be available on request.

Do you collect my items or do I have to drop off at your premise?
You can do either.  We can collect from your business or premise or have the items delivered to a nearby depot.

Can on board couriers deliver the Same Day?
Depending on the time of booking and the country of destination we can deliver same day.  Call our on board team to see if your delivery can be done same day.

Can I book an on board courier online?
No.  As a premium service we discuss your requirements via phone allowing a more personal service and evaluate what options are available.
