How the service works

We secure space on the next viable flight routing, send a courier to your UK collection address, and that courier stays with the shipment for the whole journey, including transfers, before delivering it into Halawa in person.

Route and flight times to Halawa

Halawa sits on the southern coast of Oahu between Pearl Harbor and Aiea, just off Highway 78 and Moanalua Road. There is no direct UK service to Honolulu, so we typically route London Heathrow via Los Angeles (LAX) or San Francisco (SFO) onward to Daniel K. Inouye International Airport (HNL), with total journey time usually 18–20 hours including the connection, then a short drive to Halawa.

What we carry to Halawa

Given Halawa's proximity to Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam and the naval shipyard, common OBC jobs include urgent defence and marine engineering parts, alongside medical samples, legal documents and time-critical commercial goods.

Customs and import clearance

Your courier carries the commercial invoice and export paperwork and personally clears the shipment through US Customs and Border Protection on arrival in Honolulu, avoiding delay in a bonded facility.
