Benguela is one of Angola's oldest ports and the western terminus of the historic Benguela Railway running inland toward the copper belt — a city where port and rail operators regularly need parts moved faster than any scheduled freight. Pony Express hand-carries these shipments on the next available flight. Pricing is by quote; call 0800 288 4052.

How we reach Benguela

Our courier flies into Luanda and takes the onward domestic connection to Benguela's airport, or in some cases direct depending on availability, holding the shipment personally throughout the journey and delivering straight to the port, rail yard or business address.

What we carry into Benguela

Port-handling and rail equipment spares, fishing-fleet parts (Benguela has a significant fishing industry), and shipping and export documentation are typical of the freight we're asked to hand-carry here.

Customs on arrival

Shipments generally clear Angolan customs at the point of entry, with our courier holding all documentation in hand through to final delivery and able to deal with officials directly if questions come up.
