Pony Express Couriers

Pony Express offers a dedicated on-board courier (OBC) service into Brooklyn, hand-carrying urgent shipments from anywhere in the UK on the next available flight, with the same courier travelling with the goods through to personal delivery. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052 or email sales@ponyexpress.co.uk.

Route via John F. Kennedy International Airport

UK collection is typically arranged within 60–90 minutes, after which the courier flies into John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), the closest major gateway to Brooklyn, with hand-delivery direct to addresses across the borough — from Williamsburg and DUMBO to Sunset Park and Bay Ridge.

What we carry

Brooklyn's mix of independent manufacturing, fashion, design and a fast-growing creative-tech scene means we regularly hand-carry sample garments and trade-show materials, prototype hardware from Brooklyn's maker and design studios, urgent legal or contract paperwork, and fine art or specialist equipment.

Customs and clearance

The travelling courier carries all commercial documentation and personally manages US Customs and Border Protection clearance at JFK before completing final delivery in Brooklyn.
