Pony Express Couriers

For time-critical shipments to Chorfa, Pony Express's on-board courier (OBC) service puts a dedicated courier on the next available flight from the UK, hand-carrying your consignment personally rather than routing it through consolidated freight. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052 or email sales@ponyexpress.co.uk.

How on-board courier works

Your shipment travels as accompanied cargo with a single courier who remains contactable throughout the journey, giving you a fixed departure and a named point of contact rather than a general transit window.

Reaching Chorfa

Chorfa lies in Algeria's agricultural interior. Shipments are typically flown into Algiers Houari Boumediene International Airport, Algeria's principal international gateway, with the final leg to Chorfa completed by road; we'll confirm the fastest routing and realistic timings when you book.

What we carry

AOG parts, urgent legal and financial paperwork, medical consignments, and engineering or agricultural samples are typical jobs on this route.

Customs and clearance

The courier carries full commercial documentation and coordinates with your nominated Algerian contact to keep the shipment moving through customs.
