How on-board courier works

A single courier travels with your consignment from UK collection through check-in, the flight, US customs clearance and on to the final Columbia address by road, so it's never left in an unattended freight system.

Route and airport for Columbia

Deliveries route via Columbia Metropolitan Airport (CAE), typically connecting through Charlotte or Atlanta from the UK, with the courier driving the final leg once cleared through customs.

What we hand-carry to Columbia

As South Carolina's state capital, Columbia has a large state-government and legal sector alongside a significant insurance and financial-services industry, plus manufacturing and research links to the University of South Carolina. We regularly hand-carry signed legal, government and financial documents, time-critical prototypes and specialist equipment into the city.

Customs and clearance

Your courier carries full commercial documentation and clears US customs in person on landing, cutting out the wait of unaccompanied freight sitting in a bonded warehouse.
