Pony Express runs an on-board courier (OBC) service to El Kseur, the Soummam valley town south-west of Béjaïa known for its olive presses and fig orchards. For cargo that is too urgent for standard freight, our courier collects your shipment anywhere in the UK and hand-carries it in person the whole way to El Kseur.

How OBC hand-carry works

Your consignment travels with a single dedicated courier as accompanied baggage — the same person checks it in, clears security and customs, and hands it over directly — avoiding the multiple handovers of standard air cargo.

Route and transit to El Kseur

El Kseur sits close to Béjaïa's Soummam Airport, roughly 25–30km along the valley road, making it one of the faster OBC routes in this region compared with towns that rely on Algiers as the nearest gateway.

What we carry

AOG aircraft parts, time-critical legal and financial documents, medical samples and devices, prototypes, and other high-value goods needing a single accountable courier from door to door.

Customs and clearance

Our courier handles UK export paperwork and Algerian import formalities personally, keeping the shipment with them so it is never left waiting in a bonded warehouse.
