Pony Express Couriers

Pony Express runs a dedicated on-board courier (OBC) service into Greensboro, North Carolina for shipments that simply can't wait for scheduled freight. A single courier hand-carries your consignment as accompanied baggage, collected anywhere in the UK, through to delivery in Greensboro. Call 0800 288 4052 for a quote.

Route into the Piedmont Triad

Greensboro anchors North Carolina's Piedmont Triad, a long-established furniture, textile and logistics hub that's also home to a major FedEx air-cargo operation at Piedmont Triad International Airport (GSO). Our courier routes via a major East Coast gateway before the final leg into GSO.

How the hand-carry service works

Your shipment travels as the courier's own baggage for the whole journey — never consolidated with other cargo, never left unattended, and moving at the pace of the fastest suitable flight.

What we carry to Greensboro

  • AOG parts and logistics/manufacturing components
  • Legal and financial documents on a deadline
  • Medical samples and devices
  • Textile, furniture and engineering prototypes

Customs and clearance

Our courier carries all commercial paperwork and clears US customs in person, so the shipment reaches your recipient without sitting in a bonded facility.
