Pony Express runs an urgent on-board courier (OBC) service to Henderson, Nevada, one of the fastest-growing cities in the Las Vegas metro area. A dedicated courier hand-carries your consignment from UK collection through to final delivery, flying in via Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), a short drive from Henderson via the I-215 and I-515. Pricing is by quote. Call 0800 288 4052, 24/7/365.

What makes OBC different

Where standard courier and freight services rely on hub-and-spoke networks, our on-board courier travels with your shipment the entire way as accompanied baggage — no sorting depots, no missed connections, one point of contact throughout.

Route to Henderson

Harry Reid International is one of the busiest gateways in the western US, with frequent transatlantic connections, and Henderson itself sits roughly 20 minutes from the airport — meaning door-to-door delivery can often be completed within hours of touchdown.

What we carry

AOG parts for the aviation and logistics operators based around Las Vegas, gaming and electronics equipment, exhibition and conference materials for the many trade shows in the region, plus legal, financial, and medical shipments that need a guaranteed arrival window.

Customs and clearance

Our courier arranges UK export paperwork and manages US customs clearance on arrival, including commercial invoices and any required permits, so your shipment keeps moving without warehouse delay.
