Pony Express Couriers

Pony Express hand-carries urgent shipments to Imam Sahib, a district of Kunduz province near the Amu Darya river and the Tajikistan border. Collection is available anywhere in the UK, with a dedicated courier accompanying your shipment throughout. Call 0800 288 4052 for a quote.

Routing into Kunduz province

Our courier typically flies into Kunduz Airport, the nearest airport to Imam Sahib, before completing the short final leg by road. Where Kunduz flights aren't practical, Kabul is used as the alternative gateway with a longer overland transfer.

Why on-board courier

Rather than handing your shipment to a freight network, our courier carries it personally as accompanied baggage from UK check-in to Afghan delivery, keeping chain-of-custody intact for genuinely urgent cargo.

What we carry

Trade documentation for cross-border commerce, agricultural equipment parts, and time-critical medical supplies are among the most common shipments we move to this district.

Customs and clearance

We prepare full export paperwork in the UK and coordinate import clearance with local agents to minimise delay at the border.

FAQs

  • How fast can you depart? Often the same day, flights permitting.
  • Do you fly direct to Kunduz? Where schedules allow, yes.
  • What's the typical cargo? Documents, samples, and urgent spare parts.
  • How much does it cost? Quoted individually — call for an estimate.
