Pony Express Couriers

Pony Express operates a dedicated onboard courier (OBC) service into Kansas City, hand-carrying urgent shipments on the next available flight from the UK, with collection anywhere across the country. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052.

Why choose an onboard courier

A single dedicated courier stays with your shipment from collection to delivery, flying as accompanied baggage rather than being processed through a freight terminal — the fastest way to move a genuinely urgent consignment.

Reaching Kansas City

Kansas City International Airport (MCI) connects to the UK via one-stop routings through major US hubs. We check live flight availability as soon as you call, aiming to have a courier airborne within hours.

Industries we serve

Kansas City sits at the centre of a major rail and road freight logistics hub, and is also home to the Kansas City Animal Health Corridor, one of the largest concentrations of animal health and veterinary science companies in the world. We hand-carry logistics documentation, veterinary/pharmaceutical samples, and urgent automotive parts for the region's manufacturing plants.

Customs clearance handled for you

Export paperwork is prepared before the courier departs the UK, so the shipment clears US Customs as accompanied baggage on landing rather than sitting in a general freight queue.
