Pony Express offers an urgent on-board courier (OBC) service to Lakeland, Florida, situated between Tampa and Orlando in the heart of the state's citrus and logistics corridor. A hand-carry courier collects from anywhere in the UK and flies with your shipment into Tampa International Airport (TPA) or Orlando International (MCO), before a short road transfer to Lakeland. Pricing is by quote. Call 0800 288 4052, 24/7/365.

Why on-board courier over standard freight

Scheduled air freight passes through multiple handling points before it reaches you. Our OBC courier carries your shipment personally, door to door, cutting out consolidation delays and giving you a guaranteed, trackable arrival time.

Route to Lakeland

Both Tampa and Orlando sit around 45 minutes from central Lakeland via I-4, so we select whichever gateway offers the faster connecting flight from the UK on the day of booking.

What we carry

AOG aerospace parts (Lakeland Linder International is a well-known centre for aviation training and MRO), agricultural and citrus industry equipment, exhibition freight for the annual Sun 'n Fun airshow, plus legal, financial, and medical shipments needing guaranteed timing.

Customs and clearance

We handle UK export paperwork and support US customs clearance on arrival, including commercial invoices and any required permits, keeping your shipment moving rather than sitting in a bonded facility.
