When freight to Las Vegas has to arrive today, not next week, Pony Express sends a dedicated onboard courier (OBC) who hand-carries your shipment on the next available flight, collected from anywhere in the UK. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052 for an instant quote.

How onboard courier delivery works

A single courier travels with your shipment throughout — booking the fastest available flight, keeping the goods with them in the cabin or hold, and hand-delivering directly on landing. There's no transfer between handlers and no waiting in a freight queue.

Flying in to Las Vegas

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) sits just south of the Strip, with strong connectivity from London and other UK hubs. We track live seat and cargo availability to get a courier on the next suitable departure, minimising ground time on arrival.

What moves through Las Vegas

Las Vegas is one of the world's biggest convention and trade show destinations, so we regularly hand-carry exhibition materials, prototypes and demo units against tight show deadlines, along with casino and gaming-technology components, AV and production equipment for the city's entertainment industry, and urgent parts for the hospitality sector.

Customs and paperwork

We prepare full commercial documentation ahead of departure so your shipment clears US Customs as accompanied baggage on arrival, rather than sitting in a general cargo queue.
