Pony Express provides an on-board courier (OBC) hand-carry service to Lincoln, Nebraska, the state capital and home to the University of Nebraska. A dedicated courier collects your shipment anywhere in the UK and flies with it as accompanied baggage via Omaha's Eppley Airfield (OMA), with an onward road transfer of around 50 minutes west on I-80, or directly into Lincoln Airport (LNK) when schedules allow. Pricing is by quote. Call 0800 288 4052, 24/7/365.

How on-board courier delivery works

A single courier stays with your consignment for the full journey, from UK collection to Lincoln delivery, avoiding the consolidation points and variable timing of scheduled freight.

Route to Lincoln, NE

Omaha is the more established transatlantic connection point for this region, and the final leg to Lincoln is a straightforward hour on I-80, though a direct flight into LNK is used whenever it offers a faster overall transit.

What we carry

Agricultural technology and equipment components for Nebraska's farming sector, research materials for university partnerships, legal and financial documents, and medical or laboratory shipments needing guaranteed timing.

Customs and clearance

Our courier prepares UK export paperwork and manages US customs clearance on arrival, including commercial invoices and any required permits, so the shipment keeps moving.
