Pony Express Couriers

Pony Express provides a dedicated on-board courier (OBC) service to Madison, Wisconsin, for shipments where scheduled freight simply won't be fast enough. One courier collects anywhere in the UK, hand-carries the consignment on the next available flight, and delivers it personally on arrival. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052 or email sales@ponyexpress.co.uk.

Biotech, health-tech and research

Madison is home to the University of Wisconsin-Madison's substantial research base, alongside major biotech and health IT employers in the surrounding area, including large-scale reagent and diagnostics manufacturing. We regularly hand-carry laboratory samples, clinical materials, and confidential research or software documentation on this route.

Flight routing into Madison

Dane County Regional Airport serves Madison directly with connections through major US hubs; your courier books the fastest confirmed routing from the UK and stays with the shipment through customs clearance and delivery.

Single-courier control

From UK collection to US delivery, the same courier manages export clearance, the flight, customs, and hand-delivery — with no third-party handovers along the way.
