Pony Express offers a dedicated onboard courier (OBC) service into Manhattan for shipments that are simply too urgent for standard freight — a courier hand-carries your goods on the next available flight from the UK, with collection anywhere in the country. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052.

A courier dedicated to your shipment alone

Rather than joining a general cargo manifest, your goods travel with one courier from collection through to hand-delivery — booked onto the fastest available flight and never left unattended.

Routes into New York

We route into whichever airport gets your courier to Manhattan fastest — John F. Kennedy (JFK) for long-haul arrivals, LaGuardia (LGA) for domestic connections, or Teterboro for time-critical business and legal deliveries into Midtown and the Financial District. We check live availability from Heathrow, Gatwick and other UK airports the moment you call.

What we carry into Manhattan

Manhattan's Financial District and Midtown generate a steady flow of urgent legal contracts, signed originals and financial documents, alongside samples and materials for the city's fashion and media industries and time-critical parts for its dense concentration of corporate headquarters.

Customs and clearance

Full commercial documentation is prepared before the courier departs the UK, so your shipment clears US Customs as accompanied baggage on arrival rather than sitting in a general freight queue.
