Pony Express Couriers

Mila, an ancient town in north-eastern Algeria close to Constantine, is reached quickly by Pony Express's on-board courier (OBC) service. We collect your shipment anywhere in the UK and a dedicated courier hand-carries it the entire way to the recipient's door.

How on-board courier delivery works

A single courier is responsible for your shipment from collection to delivery — checking it in as accompanied baggage, travelling with it on the flight, and clearing Algerian customs in person.

Route and nearest airport

Mila sits around 40km from Constantine's Mohamed Boudiaf International Airport, which offers good connectivity from the UK and Europe, making it one of the faster OBC routes into north-eastern Algeria.

What we carry

Typical shipments include parts for the region's cement and construction industry, agricultural equipment, and urgent legal or medical documents.

Customs and clearance

Your courier carries full commercial documentation and clears customs face to face on landing, which keeps the shipment moving rather than sitting in a warehouse queue.

Frequently asked questions

Is the service available 24/7? Yes, every day of the year.
Can I send documents as well as freight? Yes, OBC suits both document pouches and larger consignments.
