Pony Express operates a dedicated on-board courier (OBC) service into Milwaukee for shipments that are too urgent for standard freight. A courier collects from anywhere in the UK, hand-carries the package as accompanied baggage on the next available flight, and completes delivery in person once through US Customs — no handover to a third-party network. Pricing is by quote. Call 0800 288 4052 for an instant no-obligation quote.

Getting to Milwaukee fast

Milwaukee has no direct long-haul link to the UK, so most OBC routes connect through Chicago O'Hare before a short final leg into Milwaukee Mitchell International, with the courier driving the last stretch by road when that's quicker than waiting on a connecting flight. We compare both options at the time of booking and take whichever gets your shipment there first.

Industries we support in Milwaukee

Milwaukee's economy runs on precision manufacturing and heavy engineering — think motorcycle and engine components, industrial controls and fluid power equipment — and we regularly hand-carry replacement parts, prototypes and inspection samples for firms that can't afford a production line to sit idle waiting for a spare. We also move medical device components and diagnostic equipment for the city's healthcare technology sector, along with legal and financial paperwork that needs a verifiable chain of custody.

Customs and clearance into the US

Your courier travels with full commercial invoices and shipping documentation, and we can arrange a US customs broker in advance so the shipment clears the moment it lands rather than sitting in a queue.
