Pony Express Couriers

Moçâmedes — the desert-coast capital of Namibe province, known today simply as Namibe — is served by Pony Express's on-board courier (OBC) service: a dedicated courier hand-carrying your shipment from anywhere in the UK straight to this deep-water Atlantic port city. Pricing is by quote; call 0800 288 4052.

Hand-carried, not warehoused

Your consignment travels as accompanied baggage with a single courier throughout, avoiding the freight consolidation and warehousing that slows conventional cargo to a remote coastal city like Namibe.

Getting to Namibe

Namibe has its own airport serving the province's fishing, mining and port industries. UK shipments typically route via Lisbon and Luanda before the final domestic leg into Namibe.

Typical shipments

  • Marine and fishing-fleet equipment
  • Marble and granite quarrying machinery parts
  • Port and logistics documentation
  • Medical consignments

Customs support

Our courier travels with the shipment's full commercial paperwork and can support clearance through Angolan customs on arrival.
