Pony Express Couriers

Pony Express offers an on-board courier (OBC) hand-carry service to Oyster Bay, New York, on Long Island's affluent North Shore. A dedicated courier collects your shipment anywhere in the UK and flies with it as accompanied baggage into John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) or Long Island MacArthur (ISP), completing final delivery direct to Oyster Bay. Pricing is by quote. Call 0800 288 4052, 24/7/365.

Why on-board courier over standard freight

Rather than routing your shipment through consolidation hubs, our OBC courier carries it personally from departure to delivery, which matters most when a legal deadline, medical sample, or high-value item cannot risk delay.

Route to Oyster Bay

JFK sits around 35–45 minutes from Oyster Bay via the Long Island Expressway and Route 106, and its dense schedule of direct UK flights makes it one of our most dependable transatlantic gateways.

What we carry

High-value documents and fine art for Long Island's private collectors and estates, medical and laboratory samples, financial and legal paperwork requiring same-day signature, and time-critical parts for the marine and yachting trade that Oyster Bay's harbour is known for.

Customs and clearance

Our courier handles UK export paperwork and manages US customs clearance on arrival, including commercial invoices and any permits your shipment requires, keeping it moving without warehouse delay.

Frequently asked questions
