Palm Bay sits at the heart of Florida's Space Coast, and Pony Express provides a dedicated on-board courier (OBC) service into the area for shipments that cannot wait for scheduled freight. A single courier collects anywhere in the UK and hand-carries your consignment on the next available flight, staying with it until it's signed for. Pricing is by quote only — call 0800 288 4052 or email sales@ponyexpress.co.uk.

Aerospace and defence on our doorstep

Palm Bay is home to L3Harris Technologies' major manufacturing and engineering campus, and the wider Space Coast region around Melbourne and Cape Canaveral supports a dense aerospace, defence and electronics supply chain. Our OBC couriers regularly carry AOG aircraft parts, defence-related components, and sensitive electronic hardware where a missed connection could stop a production line or ground an aircraft.

Route and airport

Melbourne Orlando International Airport is the closest gateway to Palm Bay, with Orlando International around an hour further inland offering broader flight options when schedules demand it. Your courier confirms the fastest viable routing at the point of booking and completes the final road leg personally.

What else we carry

Beyond aerospace parts, we move clinical samples, prototypes, and urgent legal or engineering documentation for businesses across Brevard County on the same service.
