Pony Express provides an on-board courier (OBC) service into Palm Coast, Florida for shipments that cannot wait on standard freight: a dedicated courier hand-carries your goods as accompanied baggage from UK collection through to delivery. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052 for an instant, no-obligation quote.

How hand-carry delivery works

One courier accompanies your shipment for the whole journey — UK check-in, the flight, US customs and the final drive — rather than passing it between freight handlers, which keeps transit time to an absolute minimum.

Flight routing to Flagler County

Departing from Heathrow or Gatwick, our courier typically connects through Orlando International Airport (MCO) or the smaller Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB) before the final drive along I-95 to Palm Coast, reaching Flagler County within a single travel day.

What we carry to Palm Coast

Palm Coast's economy is built on healthcare, retail and a fast-growing residential and service sector, and typical OBC jobs include urgent medical equipment and specimens, time-critical legal and financial paperwork, and replacement parts for the area's expanding logistics and construction firms.

Customs and clearance

Full commercial documentation travels with the courier, and where formal clearance is required we coordinate with a US customs broker, so goods move directly from MCO or DAB to your Palm Coast address.
