Pony Express Couriers

Pony Express provides an on-board courier (OBC) hand-carry service to Plano, Texas, a major corporate headquarters hub north of Dallas. A dedicated courier collects your shipment anywhere in the UK and flies with it as accompanied baggage into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field (DAL), completing the onward road journey of around 30 minutes north on the Dallas North Tollway to Plano. Pricing is by quote. Call 0800 288 4052, 24/7/365.

How on-board courier delivery works

One dedicated courier carries your shipment the entire way, from UK collection to Plano delivery, removing the consolidation points and variable timing of standard freight networks.

Route to Plano

DFW is one of the best-connected UK gateways in the US, with frequent direct services, and the drive north to Plano's corporate campuses on the Dallas North Tollway typically takes around 30 minutes.

What we carry

Legal, financial, and technology documents for the Fortune 500 companies headquartered in Plano, engineering prototypes, medical samples, and exhibition freight for the area's frequent corporate events.

Customs and clearance

Our courier handles UK export paperwork and manages US customs clearance on arrival, including commercial invoices and any required permits, so your shipment keeps moving.

Frequently asked questions

How fast can a courier depart the UK? Often within a few hours, subject to flight availability. Do you collect UK-wide? Yes. Can you carry corporate and technology documents? Yes, this is one of our most common Plano job types given the concentration of company HQs. What's the cost? Every job is quoted individually — call 0800 288 4052.
