Pony Express offers a dedicated on-board courier (OBC) service into Reno, Nevada, for shipments that cannot wait for standard freight. A single courier collects anywhere in the UK, hand-carries the consignment on the next available flight, and delivers it personally at its destination. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052 or email sales@ponyexpress.co.uk.

A fast-growing logistics and manufacturing hub

Reno and neighbouring Sparks have become a major logistics and advanced manufacturing corridor, anchored in part by large-scale battery and vehicle production nearby, alongside a growing base of data centres. We regularly hand-carry urgent production-line components, IT hardware, and business-critical documentation for companies operating in the region.

Getting to Reno

Reno-Tahoe International Airport provides direct access into the area; your courier confirms the fastest viable routing from the UK at the time of booking and remains with the shipment through customs clearance and final delivery.

The advantage of a dedicated courier

Because one courier is responsible for your shipment throughout, there's no consolidation with other cargo and no depot-to-depot handover — the key reason OBC beats conventional freight for genuinely urgent moves.
