Pony Express Couriers
Saurimo, capital of Lunda Sul in Angola's diamond-mining heartland, is a long way from any coastline — which is exactly why mining and logistics operators here rely on a courier who carries the shipment personally rather than a chain of freight handovers. Pony Express puts a dedicated courier on the next available flight. Pricing is by quote; call 0800 288 4052.
Reaching Saurimo
Our courier flies into Luanda and takes the onward domestic connection east to Saurimo, holding the shipment as hand-carried baggage the entire way so nothing is delayed at an intermediate handling point.
What we carry into Saurimo
Mining and processing equipment spares, safety and compliance documents for diamond-sector operators, and urgent technical parts are the typical cargo on this route.
Customs and the onward leg
Clearance is completed on arrival into Angola, with the courier carrying invoices and permits through the domestic connection and on hand in person if anything needs confirming at either end.
