Pony Express Couriers

For urgent freight into Spokane, Washington, Pony Express runs a dedicated on-board courier (OBC) service: a single courier hand-carries your shipment as accompanied baggage on the next suitable flight, right through to arrival, with collection available anywhere in the UK. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052 for an instant, no-obligation quote.

What on-board courier means in practice

Rather than consigning your shipment to standard air freight, a dedicated Pony Express courier keeps it with them from UK collection, through security, onto the aircraft, and off again at the other end — cutting out warehousing and hub transfers that cost hours or days on a critical shipment.

Getting to Spokane

Departing the UK from Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester, our courier typically connects through a major US hub such as Seattle-Tacoma or Denver before the final short hop into Spokane International Airport (GEG), putting your shipment on the ground in the Inland Northwest inside a single travel day.

Industries we support in the Inland Northwest

Spokane's economy runs on aerospace component manufacturing, agricultural and forestry equipment, and a growing healthcare sector centred on Providence Sacred Heart and MultiCare hospitals. Typical OBC jobs include AOG aircraft parts, precision-machined components, medical equipment and time-critical contracts or specimens.

Customs, clearance and final delivery

Full commercial paperwork travels with the courier, and we liaise with a US customs broker where the consignment requires formal clearance, so the shipment moves straight from GEG to your Spokane or Coeur d'Alene address without sitting in a bonded warehouse.
