Pony Express provides an on-board courier (OBC) hand-carry service to St. Paul, Minnesota, twin city to Minneapolis and a major hub for medical technology and finance. A dedicated courier collects your consignment anywhere in the UK and flies with it as accompanied baggage into Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport (MSP), completing final delivery direct to your St. Paul recipient. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052, 24/7/365.

How on-board courier delivery works

Unlike scheduled air freight, which is consolidated and handed between multiple depots, our OBC courier stays with your shipment from the moment of UK collection until it's signed for in St. Paul, giving you a fixed transit time instead of a best-case estimate.

Route to St. Paul

MSP sits directly between the two cities, roughly 15 minutes from downtown St. Paul via I-94, and offers strong transatlantic connectivity, making it one of the more reliable Midwest gateways for time-critical shipments.

What we carry

Medical device components and clinical samples for the Twin Cities' large med-tech cluster (home to firms like Medtronic and Boston Scientific), AOG aerospace parts, legal and financial documents, and prototype engineering parts that cannot wait for standard freight.

Customs and clearance

Our courier prepares UK export documentation and handles US customs clearance on landing, including commercial invoices and licences, so nothing is held up at the border.
