Ulverston coverage and response times

We cover Ulverston (LA12) and the surrounding South Lakeland area, running the A590 towards Barrow-in-Furness in one direction and the M6 towards Kendal, Preston and beyond in the other. It's a route we know well given how much freight moves between here and the Furness peninsula.

Industries we move every day in Ulverston

The BAE Systems shipyard at Barrow-in-Furness pulls a constant stream of parts and components through the supply chain around Ulverston, and we're regularly called on for that kind of urgent, precisely-timed delivery. Food and drink producers and the area's tourism trade — Ulverston sits right on the Lake District's southern edge — add to the daily mix.
