Wichita is one of the most important destinations we serve on our on-board courier (OBC) network, given its status as the historic home of US general aviation manufacturing. A dedicated courier collects your shipment anywhere in the UK and hand-carries it on the next available flight, staying with it until delivery. Pricing is by quote — call 0800 288 4052 or email sales@ponyexpress.co.uk.

Built for AOG and aerospace

Wichita is home to Textron Aviation (Cessna and Beechcraft) and Spirit AeroSystems, among the largest aircraft and aerostructure manufacturers in the world, which is why AOG (Aircraft-On-Ground) parts are one of the most common shipments we carry into the city. A grounded aircraft or stalled production line makes minutes matter, and OBC removes the delays of standard freight entirely.

Getting to Wichita

Wichita Dwight D. Eisenhower National Airport provides direct connections from major US hubs; your courier books the fastest confirmed routing from the UK and travels through to Wichita with the shipment throughout, clearing customs personally on arrival.

Beyond aviation

We also carry engineering documents, tooling, and time-critical components for the wider south-central Kansas manufacturing base on the same service.
